At Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., we want to know what our clients think of us. We want to know if our clients' treatment experience at Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. helped them to feel better about themselves, whether their Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. therapist helped them to resolve their emotional problems, and what they think about their treatment at Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc..

Surveying client satisfaction within all aspects of the Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. service delivery system is an important part of our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program. Our Research Committee is using the most advanced techniques to identify and measure client treatment outcomes. Quality indicators and performance thresholds have been identified and are monitored quarterly in every program in the Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. system.

CQI teams have been established throughout the agency involving staff at all levels, board and family members. Using Research Committee data on client satisfaction along with program quality indicators, these teams are able to develop and implement quality control and quality improvement procedures. To date, the CQI team recommendations have resulted in enhanced professional staff orientation and training, expansion of our management and maintenance staff, and improvements in our client transportation system.

It is not enough for Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. to be a leader in the delivery of behavioral healthcare services today-we must continually strive to improve our services to our clients.
